Cancellation Policy
Booking: All PAYG clay sessions must be booked in advance to guarantee your spot — our clay room seats a maximum of 8 people per session. Walk-ins are welcome if there’s space, but we can’t guarantee availability on the day. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations: We understand things happen! If you need to cancel, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice — we’ll happily reschedule your session once within the next 30 days, subject to availability. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will result in the session fee being forfeited. Waitlist: If your preferred session is fully booked, you’re welcome to join our waitlist! We’ll contact you by email or text if a spot becomes available — first come, first served. Please confirm as soon as possible if you’d like to take an open spot. Session Details: Each session is 2 hours and includes up to 2kg of clay (for PAYG), use of communal tools, and firing/glazing for 1–2 small pieces. Any extra clay used will be charged per kg at our studio rate. Please arrive on time and clean your station before you leave — our clay room is a shared, creative community!
