CLAY CLUB - for home ed families

Weekly Handbuilding Clay Sessions 

Join us for a fun weekly session where you can get hands-on with clay, learning and mastering handbuilding techniques week by week.

• £10 per hour
• 1 hour sessions
• Thursdays - 2-3pm OR 3-4pm

Sessions are flexible in that you are welcome to..

• Make something in the first session and paint the following week
• Make something and paint all in one session, OR;
• Make in one session and return in 3 weeks time when your piece has been bisque fired (this option gives the best finish)

Our only constraint is space, so we sadly cannot accommodate large pieces to be worked on over several weeks. This will all be explained further at the session.

Recommended age 5+. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

Booking essential - Bookings will be open for bookings one 'term' at a time.

Adults can join by booking one 'MAKER' space each. Non-makers must buy an adult ticket, which includes a drink. No extras without a ticket.

Items must dry out completely before firing, which can take 3-4 weeks. Keep this in mind when creating gifts, especially during busy periods like Christmas.

If anyone in your group wants to paint pottery instead of make with clay, your £10 ticket can go towards this price on the day. (Booking fee is non redeemable)
