Terms & Conditions
FOOD ITEMS
-
The glaze we use makes all pottery completely food safe. The pottery can be used in both the dishwasher and microwave, HOWEVER we would strongly suggest handwashing all items to prolong their life. Dishwashers wash very harshly and so over time will weaken your items.
-
*CAUTION* HOT!!!: Please take extra caution when handling pottery straight from the microwave. It can be extremely hot. This is due to the nature of the clay and glaze.

DAMAGES
-
Occasionally items may be damaged in transit or come out of the kiln not quite perfect. In this case we will offer you the opportunity to come and paint another piece completely free of charge. We know this can be disappointing, but unfortunately accidents do sometimes happen and it is unavoidable.
-
Once an item is left with you, you have 24 hours to notify us of any damages or imperfections. After this, you have accepted the item's condition.

UNFINISHED POTTERY
-
If you don't finish your pottery within your allocated time, we are happy to keep your pottery for you to finish at a future session. We will keep unfinished pottery for up to 6 weeks for you to finish. If you come off-peak (e.g. term time weekdays) your session is free of charge. If you would like to book in peak times (e.g. weekends, school holidays) there will be a £5pp studio fee.

COLLECTION
-
Pieces are to be collected from our studio, or posted to you if required. Any postage costs are to be covered by the customer.
-
If items are not collected, we will try to contact you twice on the details provided to us to remind you to collect.
-
After the 2 months (from the date painted) has passed, items will be disposed of unless otherwise agreed.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch as soon as you can so we can investigate further.

We aim to have all custom items painted and dispatched within 2 weeks.
