Your £10 booking fee is non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance and we’ll do our best to offer your slot to another family. If we’re able to refill the appointment, we may be able to transfer your booking to a new date. All of our paints and glazes are water-based, non-toxic and food safe.
